The Council of Chapters is organized as a Committee of the FNPS Board. Each FNPS Chapter has one Chapter Representative on the Council to provide their unique local perspective. The Council facilitates communication among the chapters and with the FNPS Board. It serves as a conduit of information that supports and strengthens the FNPS Chapters in their pursuit of the FNPS mission, and elevates local and regional issues and shares solutions throughout the Society.
Guidance for the Council of Chapters is contained in the FNPS Handbook you are now reading with pages detailing the Council Charter, Council Membership, Council Officers, Council Officer Elections, and Council Operations.
This section of the Handbook is also accessible from the Council of Chapters website, a publicly accessible site that is a centralized location for information about Council activities and communications.
